The ChoiceSpine THUNDERBOLT® Minimally Invasive Pedicle Screw System is intended to provide immobilization and stabilization of spinal segments in skeletally mature patients as an adjunct to fusion for degenerative disc disease, spondylolisthesis, trauma, spinal stenosis, deformities, tumor, and/or pseudoarthrosis.
